The family have three lovely children aged 12 months, 3 years, and 12 years, and are looking for someone who can become a consistent and trusted part of their children’s lives.

Job Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Nanny who is looking to build a lasting relationship with a family and support the children’s growth and development at every stage.
You’ll help maintain the children’s daily routines, organise age-appropriate activities and playdates, and support them in their learning and development. You’ll also liaise with nurseries, schools, and healthcare providers when needed, and contribute to healthy meal preparation for the children and occasionally the family.
The family already have a long-term Nanny who has been with them for over 10 years and a team of other household staff, so it’s important you’re a great team player. The role includes regular travel with the family and some nursery/housekeeping duties as needed. When the family are in residence, flexibility with working hours (including occasional weekends) will be important.

  • Strong knowledge of early years development and confident support for school-aged children (Years 7–9) with homework
  • Excellent spoken English to support language development
  • A warm, energetic and organised approach
  • A flexible, can-do attitude
  • A passport with no travel restrictions and the ability to travel long and short haul (around 4–8 weeks of travel per year)
  • Driving is a plus (car provided), but not essential
  • A glowing employment record and strong references

Days of Work, Accommodation and Salary:

  • Days/Hours: 5 days per week (mostly Monday to Friday), including some weekends (time off in lieu given). Focused around morning and evening routines with a break during the day
  • Total Weekly Hours: Approx. 55
  • Accommodation: Live-in or live-out with separate private accommodation provided
  • Salary: £40,000–£45,000 gross (negotiable for the right candidate)

Start Date: ASAP or flexible for the perfect match
