Live-in or Live-out Nanny with UHNW Experience - £65,000–£75,000 Gross DOE | Mon - Fri

Family Description and Location: 

A busy UHNW family based in Chelsea is seeking a professional, hands-on nanny to support the care and development of their two school-aged children. This is a fully staffed home and the role would suit someone confident in collaborating with others, while also able to take sole charge when needed.
The family are warm and loyal employers who are looking for a nanny who is equally dedicated, reliable, and emotionally invested in their children’s well-being. The position offers flexibility as either live-in or live-out, with a separate flat provided if required. 

Job Description:

• Planning fun and stimulating activities for two energetic, curious children
• Accompanying the children to appointments, classes, and social engagements
• Full nursery duties (not laundry), including wardrobe management and toy organisation
• Managing school admin and parent communications
• Planning holiday clubs and travel itineraries, including full travel packing and prep
• Liaising with the wider household team to support family events or logistics
• Organising gifts, party prep, and seasonal activities
• Ensuring the children have an age-appropriate supply of books, educational resources, and fun
• Promoting emotional resilience and independence in the children
• Providing educational and creative stimulation
• Supporting mum in a flexible, shared-care environment
• Travel with the family is required – long haul and short haul

Candidate Requirements: 

• Significant nanny experience in a UHNW household (essential)
• A background in education or a governess-style role is highly desirable
• Academic strength (A levels and up) with good written and spoken English
• Proactive, positive, and a team player
• Warm, engaging, and confident managing boundaries kindly
• Able to multitask, use initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong administrative skills and good time management

Days of Work, Accommodation and Salary:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 06:45–20:00 with 2-hour midday break
• Evenings: 2 overnight babysits per week (included in salary)
• Accommodation: Separate self-contained London flat (bills included)
• Salary: £65,000–£75,000 gross DOE
• Extras: 28 days’ holiday (including bank holidays), daily meals, pension, and discretionary bonus
• Trial: Paid trial of 2–3 weeks required
• Start: ASAP – family will wait for the right candidate
