Live in Nanny/Housekeeper - S/C flat Wed – Sun/ Mon - Fri -every other weekend off- £45-£50K gross

Family Description and Location:
 
A lovely young British family are looking for a Nanny/Housekeeper to come and join their family. The family have a 6-year-old Boy at full time school and 2-year-old Girl at Nursery in the mornings. They Live in a town house a very short walk from Knightsbridge station. There are no pets at home. There are other part time staff in the London residence. The family are away at the weekend and wish for the Nanny/ Housekeeper to go with them to their second residence in Liphook, Hampshire.
 
Job Description
 
This lovely position with a busy British family based between two family homes in London and the Hampshire countryside and are keen to find a long-term Nanny/ Housekeeper. The family have two children aged 2 and 6, both in an educational setting locally.  The Mum is at home and so duties will be more mothers help than sole charge Nanny although there will be sometimes the new Nanny/ Housekeeper will be alone with the children. 
 

• Housekeeping, Laundry, organising, keeping all areas hygienically clean and tidy and all nursery duties.
• Shared care with Mum
• Cooking for the children (following basis recipes)
• Some overseas travel with the family 
• Help the children learn in a positive manner.
• Some homework assistance and create games and child fun entertainment
• Weekends working in the countryside every other weekend if preferred

 
Candidate Requirements
 
The family are hoping to find an experienced Nanny/Housekeeper with excellent checkable references. Candidates must be happy to clean and organise the homes to a high standard and take great pride their work.
A friendly, enthusiastic, engaging, reliable and warm, hands-on person would suit this role. Mum is around and so the candidate must be able to work as a team. The family need someone who has excellent communication skills and can help create a happy atmosphere in the home, where the children can thrive. Candidates who would like to be considered for this position must hold or be willing to complete a DBS, have excellent checkable references and be switched on!
 
 
Days of Work, Accommodation and Salary
 

• Self-contained flat with bedroom/bathroom/Kitchen/Sitting room and separate entrance.
• Hours 7am – 7pm with breaks in the day Wednesday to Sunday 
• Wednesday to Friday in Knightsbridge; Saturday and Sunday in Liphook, Hampshire.
• Days off Monday and Tuesday
• £660 - £720 npw negotiable for the right candidate -£45K - £50K Gross
