  • The team at Town and Country Nannies are very experienced in the world of Nanny and Childcare recruitment.
  • We don’t ‘match’ by computer. We don’t send just any CVs. Town and Country Nannies listens to your requirements and will only introduce you to candidates who, we believe, have the right skills, experience and background for your vacancy.

How Does Town and Country Nannies Work to find Nannies and Childcare Professional?

Below, you can see our process, from first contact through to a successful placement.

How does a Search Commence?

  • Working with Town and Country Nannies means that you will have one Consultant that works with you through the whole recruitment process.
  • To begin with, they will create a bespoke job specification for your vacancy.
  • Once approved, our work starts.
  • You will be presented with a shortlist of candidates including CVs, references and relevant paperwork.
  • We will discuss the candidates so you are then able to choose which candidates go through to the interview process.

What is Town and Country Nannies Interviewing Process?

  • The next step will be for us to arrange a first interview on your behalf. Initial interviews can take place in person, via a telephone call or by video call.
  • If you feel that you would like help with the interview process Town and Country Nannies are always here to assist you.
  • Your Consultant will then discuss with you your views on the candidates and second interviews can be arranged.
  • Following second interviews we will then discuss any further requirements you may have, and trials can also be arranged.

What is the Vetting Process?

  • Any staff we introduce you to will have been personally interviewed and fully reference checked.
  • We conduct the most comprehensive background check applicable for the type of role you are hiring for.

Can Town and Country Nannies help with Payroll, Offer Letters and Contracts?

  • Once you have found your perfect candidate, we can assist you with the offer letter and everything you may need to organise before their first day.
  • We are affiliated, and are on the approved agency list of Nannytax the leading payroll company for private households in the UK.
  • Once we have found your household staff, Nannytax can support you with all your legal obligations as a domestic employer. From payslips and contracts to HR support and pensions management, their expert teams will handle all the time-consuming admin whilst ensuring you are complying with the latest HMRC legislation.
  • When introduced through Town and Country Nannies you will receive a discount.
