I am an outgoing, friendly and responsible young woman, with a passion for working with children. I approach childcare with an imaginative and empathetic view, and a focus on outdoor and physical activities. Growing up in Scandinavia I have adopted a child led, outdoors when possible approach to childcare. I enjoy creating fun games and activities to play with children, being mindful of developmental milestones and activities to encourage them. I am a confident and creative cook and baker, who enjoys meal prepping and planning, able to cook for multiple dietary requirements and preferences. I have learnt about children's nutrition through my previous roles, and enjoy making mealtimes an exciting and fulfilling time, happy to include children in the cooking process, teaching them about cooking and baking. I strive to be aware and tuned in to the family's needs, knowing when to help with additional duties in times of stress, or when to step back and let the family enjoy their own time together. Additionally, I have experience with light housework duties, such as managing the children's laundry, managing the dishes/dishwasher in the household, vacuuming shared spaces, keeping the children's bedrooms and play areas tidy, and cleaning the kitchen after use.
